From Grand Rapids, MI, Jake Robbins is the mind behind Arcadian Sound. Arcadian Sound is an electronic music project inspired by years of listening to unique bass music and attending shows and festivals. Over the past 4 years, Jacob Robbins (Arcadian Sound) has carved a unique sound inspired by 8-bit melodies rooted in gaming nostalgia and heavy-hitting bass that shook his body over the years. Arcadian Sound produces free-form music where no tempo is out of the question and ethereal and heavy sounds blend into various sonic journeys. Arcadian Sound aims to create soundscapes that are either melodic, gritty or everything in between. Arcadian Sound has played support for Shlump, Luminyst, and more, and helped sell out a show at the Intersection while opening for Super Future.
